Part Two – Server Training

The previous content has served to provide a foundation on the handling food allergies in a commercial food and beverage operation. The next section will provide specific, detailed information on how to handle guest service where one or more guests have a food allergy. The content will focus on the food service aspect of the experience while assuming that the back of the house operations are following appropriate protocols regardless of what the allergy may be.
